Official Rules and Regulations

HOW TO ENTER: The "Hollywood Star Jet Package" Sweepstakes starts 12:01 am Eastern Time (ET) on 01/01/2006 and ends 11:59 pm ET on 12/31/2006. Entry form and instructions will be available at www.GaryGrahamStar.org throughout the entry period. You must submit your entry online. To submit your entry online, complete the online entry form and click the "Submit" button to enter during the entry period. Limit one entry per person/email address. No correspondence regarding entries will be acknowledged or entered into with entrants. You will be asked to provide your e-mail address. Online entrants must provide an accurate, functioning e-mail address to be eligible and to be notified in the event of being selected. Submissions from online automated sweepstakes entry systems are not permitted and will be void. By providing your email address, you grant the Sponsor the right to send you commercial messages and share your messages with others, unless specified otherwise.

All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on 12/31/2006 when sweepstakes ends. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor(s)' servers or elsewhere will not be eligible. Sponsor, in its sole direction, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provide, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

PRIZES: Two (2) grand prize winners, twenty five (25) first prize winners, and ten (10) second prize winners will be selected on or about February 13, 2007 in a random drawing held from among all eligible entries received, by an independent judging agent, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Any portion of the prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of prize permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes not redeemable for cash. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Grand Prize Package: Transportation by private jet (with Gary Graham and his family and staff) from the secret location of the public celebration event to the Burbank, CA airport, limousine transportation with Gary Graham and his family and staff from Burbank to Hollywood, and two (2) VIP tickets to the Walk of Fame Celebration. Winner must be available to travel according to the itinerary selected by the sponsor. Other transportation, meals, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of prize winner.

Second prize: Ten (10) exclusive collector's photos, each personally autographed by Gary Graham.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner it deems appropriate. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor. Employees and agents of Celebrity Entertainment Corp., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such persons are ineligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and accept decisions of the Sponsor as final in all matters relating to this contest. The laws of the United States govern this Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

TO CLAIM PRIZE: Winners will be notified by email. Potential winners grant permission to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the right to the use of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval.

Winners will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification. If documents are not returned timely, or if a prize notification or a prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The Potential Grand Prize Winner then, and only then becomes the "Winner." Failure to return all required forms within this time period or to comply with any other provision herein may result in the applicable winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If the potential winning entrant cannot be contacted; is ineligible; fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit and Releases; fails to claim the prize; if the Prize Notification is returned undeliverable; or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these official rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and the prize will be awarded to an alternate potential winner.

By accepting the prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

LIMITATIONS: Celebrity Entertainment Corp. and their subsidiary or affiliate companies, distributors, sales representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies - shall have no obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error or any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, (iv) any inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason; (v) if a prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellation, delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism or weather; or (vi) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this promotion or any promotion or prize related activities.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of this sweepstakes, or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. Sponsor further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes in the event the Sweepstakes is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, or technical failures of any kind. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning email, addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE GARYGRAHAMSTAR.ORG WEBSITE OR TAMPER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, prize suppliers, employees and/or agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize won. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations or the entrant and Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

INTERNET: Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by sponsors on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or non-delivered entries or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), web site, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select the winners from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use of this web site. In case of dispute, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the promotion at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses. LIABILITY & RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and Celebrity Entertainment Corp. from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Sweepstakes Entities' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Sweepstakes Entities be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
